Six years in Solomon Islands, 12 years in Fiji and 5 in Costa Rica with other work throughout the Pacific, Latin America and SE Asia in the fields of marine and coastal resource management, environment, fisheries, indigenous rights and governance. Facilitates programme design, formal and non-formal capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, institutional assessment and strengthening, policy development and implementation. Bilingual in English/Spanish, fluent in Melanesian Pijin and some French.
