About
I am a cultural anthropologist with a focus on (material culture of) Indigenous Australia, New Zealand and Micronesia. I have worked at universities (Freiburg, Marburg, Cologne, Heidelberg), but primarily at Museums of Ethnology in Cologne, Saxony (SES) and Mannheim. Since 2018 I'm head of department for World Cultures and Natural History at the Reiss-Engelhorn-Museums in Mannheim.
