About |
I am a Social Anthropologist (PhD EHESS, France 2017) and Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich(www.indigen.eu). Since 2005, I have been studying Rapanui society (Easter Island) from an ethnographic, historical, and, multi-site viewpoint. After having worked on the long history of the Rapanui diaspora (Chile, Rapa Nui, French Polynesia), my current projects are centered around Rapanui governance (past — present — future) and, the history of Rapanui museological collections (collectors’ network, temporalities, and indigenous actors. |
