• Tuesday 24th of June 2025, late afternoon: registration and opening reception
• Wednesday 25th of June 2025: keynote 1 and panel sessions
• Thursday 26th of June 2025: keynote 2 and panel sessions
• Friday 27th of June 2025: plenary roundtable and panel sessions followed by conference dinner

We invite you to submit paper proposals for the 2025 ESfO conference in Lucerne, Switzerland, scheduled for June 24-27, 2025.

Format of Paper Proposals

Your proposal needs to include the following information:
- Title of the paper
- Abstract of the paper (maximum 1500 characters, including spaces)

Please hand in your paper proposal as soon as possible, but at the latest by December 10, 2024, using the sessions and paper submissions tab. The session organizers will consider these proposals and inform you by December 20, 2024, whether your paper has been accepted.
