VENUE
The first day of the conference will be held at the Royal Academy in London on December 7th 2018.
Delegates will then be taken by coach (optional) from London to Cambridge on the evening of December 7th.
The remainder of the conference will take place at the Hilton Doubletree and the University of Cambridge’s Mill Lane campus.
TRAVEL
Air
Cambridge is most easily accessed by the following airports, listed in order of proximity:
London Stansted: a 40 minute direct train journey to Cambridge
London Luton: a direct airport bus with National Express to Cambridge
London Gatwick: two trains to Cambridge via London King’s Cross St Pancras
London Heathrow: a direct airport bus with National Express to Cambridge
Train
Cambridge is a 50 minute train journey from London King’s Cross.
The railway station is located approximately 30 minutes walk, or a 10 minute taxi journey from the conference venue.
Taxi’s can be collected from directly outside the railway station and will cost approximately £7-10 into the city centre.
EATING
Restaurants in Cambridge in December can be very busy in the lead up to Christmas. We recommend making restaurant reservations for groups larger than 4 people. We can recommend the following restaurants which have the space to cater for groups:
