Keynote 1: Holly Wardlow 'Thinking Through Intersectionality and Gender Inequality in Papua New Guinea'



Session presentation

Holly Wardlow is a Professor of Anthropology at University of Toronto and currently serves as the Interim Director of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Health and Society at University of Toronto Scarborough. She is the author of Wayward Women: Sexuality and Agency in a New Guinea Society and a co-author of The Secret: Love, Marriage, and HIV. She has served as a visiting scholar at Australian National University and University of Lucerne, and is currently completing a sole-authored monograph about HIV/AIDS in Papua New Guinea.
